How to Find Hotels in China

Looking for a hotel in China is a pretty broad request. However, once you determine where you want to stay in China, you are more than likely going to be able to find out that hotels in China are able to provide the services you want, the comfort you need, and prices that you can afford.

Many of the conglomerate hotel chains which you have become accustom to seeing throughout the United States and other parts of the world have made their presence in China as well. One of the most common places to search for hotels in China is in the Beijing area.

Beijing offers some of the finest hotels in China, many of which are provided by popular hotel chains. In Beijing alone, some of the most popular hotels are part of the Holiday Inn collection. The Central Plaza Holiday Inn, the Downtown Holiday Inn, and the Temple of Heaven Holiday Inn all offer hotel services within close proximity to some of China’s most prestigious landmarks and districts.

Other popular hotels in China include the Harmony Hotel, the Presidential Plaza, the Prime Hotel, and the Swissotel Hotel. Where you need to be during your stay will largely dictate where you spend your nights, but the Harmony Hotel is just moments away from the Beijing Railway Station, the Number Two subway station, and within walking distance of Wangfujing Street and Tiananmen Square.

Additionally, the Presidential Plaza is centrally located with easy access to the commercial, financial, governmental, and technological hubs of Beijing. Unless your trip is purely for pleasure, this hotel can provide you with a prime home base during your stay. Similarly, the Prime Hotel is well situated between Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City on the northern end of Wangfujing Street.

If you need a hotel that provides quick access to the city centre, the Capital International Airport, or the China International Exhibition Centre, the Swissotel Hotel is one of the best hotels in China to do so. This hotel is also within walking distance of areas like Yashow Market and the Fulllink Shopping Mall.

Websites like HotelsCombined.com offer a number of different functions, like sorting by rating, user reviews, popularity, price, and more for hotels in China. Most hotels include your basic business services, like meeting rooms and internet access, as well as personal services like a sauna, swimming pool, and health clubs.
